IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Criteria for eligibility seeking admission is mentioned clearly at the notification published in the local newspapers dated 08.05.2026.
  2. Please fill the mandatory fields with correct spelling.
  3. Filling up the online form does not necessarily guarantee admission or the Entrance Test.
  4. Keep a scanned copy of your passport-size photograph and Mark Card ready, along with other documents mentioned in the office notification, if applicable.
  5. File type should be either png or jpg format.
  6. The maximum size of each scanned copy must be less than 500KB, and the file must be clear and readable.
  7. Please pay the online fee at https://onlinesbi.sbi.bank.in/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?saralID=-911609772 or follow the link provided. The scanned copy of the paid fee receipt must be uploaded while filling up the form. Fee once paid shall not be refunded.
  8. The admit card shall be generated only after satisfying the conditions mentioned in the office notification.
  9. Copy or screenshot of Payment receipt should be uploaded on the online form.
  10. Please fill all the subject names with full marks and obtained marks.
  11. Primary mobile number and Email ID cannot be changed if once application form is submitted.
  12. After the creation of account, primary mobile number will be your login username and password to be created personally.
  13. After registration is done successfully, you can login by using your username and password and you can download submitted Application Form inside View Application Form tab.
